The police seized 15 kilograms of hashish, an illegal drug, from the Tribhuvan International Airport. The hashish being taken abroad was seized on Tuesday and made public on Wednesday.
Central Police Spokesperson Bhim Prasad Dhakal informed that 18 photos of ARA MEX courier, which was going to be taken from Qatar Air via Doha to London, were hidden inside the frame of the X-ray machine of the airport customs office.
According to him, the seized substance has been sent to the Narcotics Control Bureau of Nepal Police, Koteshwar for further investigation.
