Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal has said that the situation of asking for budget every financial year but not spending the capital budget should end. Addressing the 52nd meeting of the National Development Problem Solution Committee held on Thursday at Singhdarbar, Prime Minister Dahal expressed his displeasure over the non-spending of the budget allocated under the capital title.
