Nobel Prize-winning psychologist and author Daniel Kahneman has died

Kahneman's death was announced by Princeton University, where he had worked since 1993. Kahneman, who is considered to be the 'synonym of practical economics', received the Nobel Prize for Economics in 2002. Kahneman is the author of the book 'Thinking, Fast and Slow', which is considered to be very influential in the academic field.

Born in Tel Aviv, Israel in 1934, Kahneman received his higher education from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem in 1954. Then he went to the University of California to study psychology. He returned to Israel in 1961. He taught psychology for a long time.
