Nepal Police and APF Club have reached the finals of the 7th Sher Bahadur Khadka Memorial National Women's Volleyball Tournament.

In the four-team tournament, APF reached the final by remaining undefeated, while Police won two matches. In the league, New Diamond finished third and Tribhuvan Army finished fourth. Now these two will compete for the third place. The

final and the third place match will be held on Saturday. Police defeated Army 3-1 and APF defeated New Diamond Academy 3-2 in the match held on Friday at the Covered Hall of the National Sports Council (Rakhep) in Tripureshwar. In the last match of the league, Police beat Army 3-1 and collected 6 points from three matches.

Police ended the challenge of Army 25-19, 17-25, 25-15 and 25-13. Police, who lost to APF in the first match, beat New Diamond in the second match and maintained their chances of reaching the finals. After winning the third match of the league on Friday, Police reached the finals.

In the last match of the league, New-Diamond failed to reach the final after losing 3-2 to APF. While APF collected seven points from the same three games, New Diamond got four points. Along with this, APF reached the finals as league winners and Police as runners-up.

APF defeated New Diamond by 25-16, 25-18, 19-25, 13-25 and 15-11 to maintain their undefeated journey. All four teams will get cash prizes. The winner will win a cash prize of 499,000 and the runner-up will win a cash prize of 250,000.

The third team will receive a cash prize of Rs 125,000 and the fourth team will receive a cash prize of Rs 62,000. 50,000 will be given to the best player of the tournament, 25,000 to the best in the category and 15,000 to the player of the match of each game.
