Sinja Campus: No Salary to Students or Professors

Since the campus has no source of income and the government has not provided financial support for the operation of the campus, the campus has become like a standstill.

Campus Head Nepal shared his experience of raising administrative expenses with the money collected for enrolling students. This year only 20 students are being admitted to the campus. 7,000 fee per student, only 1,40,000 rupees have been collected. Therefore, only the annual administrative expenses of the campus are running.

Students who have been admitted have studied elsewhere and join the exam in the name of Sinja Campus. Since there are no teachers and professors and part-time teachers are teaching on a work basis, the students are enrolled and go outside the district. This campus has been deserted for twelve months.

Sinja Multiple Campus was established in the year 2067 with the aim of facilitating the education of students from three local levels by Kankasundari, Sinja and Hima Rural Municipality of Jumla. The buildings are very old and dilapidated. are. There are no full time teachers in the campus. Nor is there regular study of enrolled students. The Sinja multipurpose campus built along the Nagm Gamagadi road is not like an ordinary school.

During the establishment of the campus, the attraction of students increased. At that time 300 students were enrolled at once. The local residents were also very happy when the campus was established in their homes. But in recent times, since the government has not shown any interest in the management of Sinja campus, it has started to be known as a campus without students. Enrolled students participate in the exam at the same time. According to the head of the

campus, Nepal, the examination center will be in another campus and the students are not even considering to enroll as they have to take the exam only through self-study. The local government allocates a budget for the construction of buildings and other structures every year. But because the budget is insufficient, the structures are standing still under construction. The state government and the local government are constructing two buildings in the campus premises. A building could not be used due to lack of decoration. Only one pillar of the building has been erected.

The construction materials used to build the building have become unusable due to rust. The local Sunaulo Kshetri said that the condition of the campus, which was established to produce educational manpower, is pathetic. He said, It would have been good if the campus could have been run. If this is the case, it would be appropriate to cancel it. This is a disgrace to the name of the campus. English, Nepali, Economics and Mathematics subjects are being studied at the

campus by the Faculty of Education. Marketing subject is being studied towards management. Two recently constructed buildings in the campus, which is located on steep land, are also in a state of disrepair. Although the provincial and local governments allocate budgets for the construction of structures every year, the buildings are still incomplete.

Locals have not shown much interest in the growth and development of the campus. But the campus management committee is taking initiatives to provide quality education and make it greener in Sinja campus.

Campus Management Committee Chairman Dal Bahadur Ji said that the condition of the campus had deteriorated when the previous management committee did not work. He said, "For the construction and management of the campus, there are frequent talks with the government side. It is certain that the condition of the campus will improve in a few years. He said that only the mutual relationship between teachers, students, parents and governments will improve the level of the campus.

According to him, when there was a previous management committee, there was only 13 rupees in the campus account. Now, initiatives are being taken to introduce the budget. The campus family to fulfill the dream of Sinja campus to teach Dugarm students in a convenient way, Parents, It seems necessary to get the attention of students and concerned bodies.

As the campus is connected to Nagm Gamagadi road, it is necessary to make a plan to make it a center of attraction for internal and external tourists. Education experts are saying that there is no point in having or not having a campus if the purpose of the campus opened in remote areas is not done.
