Joshi and Dhakal recommended for promotion to AIG

The government has recommended promotion of DIG Umeshraj Joshi and Bhim Prasad Dhakal to AIG. The promotion recommendation committee chaired by the Home Secretary recommended them for promotion at the meeting held on Monday.
Joshi is currently in the Secretariat of the Inspector General of Police at National Police Training Institute Maharajgunj and Dhakal Police Headquarters.
Similarly, the Ministry of Dr. Deuti Gurung and Engineer Nabindra Aryal have been recommended for promotion to DIG. Aryal is working in the Cyber Bureau while Gurung is the head of the canine branch of the police headquarters.
