Ophthalmologist Dr. Sanduk Ruit was awarded the 'Shri Prasad Oli Memorial National-International Pragyan Award' in Jhapa on Tuesday.
Rudra-Gauri, Shri-Ambika Oli Foundation Jhapa established the award, which was handed over by the Chief of Koshi Province, Parashuram Khapung. The prize money is five lakh rupees.
Similarly, this year's 'Devi Oli Memorial National Children's Award' was awarded to 17-year-old Sabin Baskota of Buddhashanti Rural Municipality-1 Dumribot, Jhapa. The amount of this award is one lakh one thousand one hundred and eleven rupees. 17-year-old Sawin has made mini airplanes, robots, drones, motorcycles, bicycles, etc.
