Ilam-2 by-election: RSVP announcing candidates today

RSVP has nominated former journalist Milan Limbu as its candidate. Ilam Municipality-7 Lakuri Chautara Bazar, RSVP has scheduled a program to announce the candidacy between the grand ceremony.
