Prime Minister Dahal informed that the National Natural Resources and Finance Commission has started work to review the indicators of revenue distribution among the three levels in the next financial year. Stating that the government has taken serious steps to further strengthen financial federalism, Prime Minister Dahal informed that this week, discussions have been held in the meeting of the National Coordination Committee and the National Development Problem Solving Committee to strengthen the practices adopted in the field of financial federalism in accordance with the spirit of the constitution.

'Financial transfers at the provincial and local levels will be made more effective, equitable and balanced', Prime Minister Dahal said, 'The policy of gradually increasing the equalization subsidy and reducing the conditional subsidy among the four types of subsidies currently being provided The government will take it. Prime Minister Dahal informed that the government is taking the implementation of federalism seriously and finalizing the issues of interprovincial coordination and work expansion and the instructions of the Parliamentary Special Committee on Federalism Implementation Study and Monitoring of the National Assembly are being implemented.

Stating that the government is serious about formulating laws necessary to organize and strengthen the federal system, Prime Minister Dahal informed that after the promulgation of the constitution, 192 new laws have been issued to implement federalism and fundamental rights, and regulations have also been prepared and are being implemented.

Preparing to submit twenty-one bills

Prime Minister Dahal said that the Federal Police Bill, Public Procurement Act, Land Acquisition Act, National Parks and Wildlife Act, Amendment Bill to the Land Act, which are necessary for the implementation of the Police Adjustment Act, are in the final stage of drafting.
