President of Janata Samajwadi Party (JSP) Nepal and Deputy Prime Minister of the Government of Nepal and Minister of Health and Population Upendra Yadav left for America on Saturday.
Purna Basnet, head of the propaganda department of the party informed that Yadav left for America on Saturday evening to participate in the world population conference to be held at the UN Secretariat in New York from April 30 to May 3 as a representative of the government of Nepal.
According to him, Chairman Yadav's return to the country on May 7 has been scheduled. Basnet said that in his absence, Chairman Yadav has assigned the party's central executive committee member Rajendra Prasad Shrestha as acting chairman.
