Areas of transformation have been identified for the implementation of the plan: Prime Minister Dahal

Addressing the closing ceremony of the National Development Council meeting, Prime Minister Dahal said that the goal of national development cannot be achieved through the continuation of the traditional style, so creative transformation is necessary.

"The document of the Sixteenth Plan has clearly identified the basic questions and challenges seen in the development process of Nepal," Prime Minister Dahal said, "The basic questions and challenges identified by the plan should be addressed gradually through the policies and programs and budget of the next financial year."

Prime Minister Dahal said that the national development goals cannot be achieved through the continuation of the old practice of general reforms and implementation of traditionalist activities, and said, 'The major programs set in the transformation plan in the periodical plan should be implemented. Only then can the thought of 'good governance, social justice and prosperity' be fulfilled.'

Prime Minister Dahal said that the Sixteenth Plan has determined the future course of action along with the actual situation of the economy and the necessary strategy for its implementation. He said that for the successful implementation of the plan, topics, sectoral questions, transformation strategies and major programs based on overall thinking and objectives have been decided.
