3 arrested for killing Indian citizen after kidnapping

Jamal was abducted around 4 pm on Thursday when he was coming from Bijuwa Pulnir, one kilometer north of border crossing Chakalchouda, riding a motorcycle with number UP 55 AH 2057. After getting the information that 4 people were beating Jamal in a car at 4:40 minutes, the police was dispatched from the headquarters.

The police recovered Jamal's motorcycle and a small bag from the place where he was abducted. His name and address were revealed from the license of the motorcycle in the bag. After that, the police made a base at Chakalchauda border police office and started the operation. The kidnapper was identified in coordination with the locals.

Then the police started looking for the kidnapper. The police were mobilized by forming a team. The kidnappers also started to hide. The police also started chasing them in civilian dress. Two kidnappers, Mayadevi 2, 41-year-old Abdul Ali Muslim alias Ramzan and 37-year-old Najamuddin Muslim alias Subba from Abhirao were arrested from Choknir at 9 pm. The condition of the abductees was discovered only after they were arrested. Even though the police went to the place where the abducted person was hidden along with the doctor, he was already dead.

The abducted person was taken to a garden near Abhirao village, beaten, tied hand and foot, and locked up in the store room of Islahul Muslim Madrasah. Both his hands were broken. The body was hit with a stick. Two kidnappers were arrested and the bodies were recovered, and two more kidnappers were arrested by the police. On Friday morning, the police arrested 32-year-old Akramuddin Muslim of Mayadevi-2 Abhirao from the village. One of the kidnappers is still absconding. A kidnapper named Abdul Ali Muslim, Subba, has escaped from jail in Mumbai, India, police said.

While Jamal Ahmed was being kidnapped, the car numbered Lu 1 H 1487 broke down on the way to Badsuwa via Pipra Baluhwa. Then they called Akramuddin Muslim and asked him to come soon with a motorcycle. After that, they took Jamal to Abhirao's garden on a motorcycle number LU82P 1300. That's where everyone came and beat him.

It is the preliminary assumption of the police that the incident may have occurred in a transaction dispute. "There is initial information that there was a financial transaction between Akramuddin and Jamal," said SP Navratna Paude at the district police office, "so far, it seems that the transaction was the reason for the murder."

The body of the deceased has been handed over to the family after an autopsy. The son has filed a complaint. According to the police, the three people are being investigated with a 5-day deadline from the court.
