Madhesh Chief Minister Saroj Kumar Yadav has expanded the cabinet on Thursday. After taking the vote of confidence for the fourth time, Chief Minister Yadav expanded the cabinet by adding three ministers and one minister of state.
Among the newly appointed ministers, Bharat Prasad Sah has been given the responsibility of non-departmental minister, Yuvraj Bhattarai, Industry, Commerce and Tourism, Bechi Lungeli has been given the responsibility of non-departmental minister. Sharada Thapa has been given the responsibility of Minister of State for Home, Communications and Law Ministry.
Shah and Bhattarai are CPN Maoist Center, Lungeli CPN S and Thapa CPN UML Provincial Assembly members.
The newly appointed ministers have taken the oath of office and secrecy from the state chief Sumitra Subedi Bhandari. State Minister Thapa took oath from Chief Minister Yadav.
