Khotehang rural municipality celebrated the seventh annual festival on Saturday. On this occasion, the rural municipality has awarded those who have made special contributions in various categories.
36 farmers, 38 teachers, 11 students, 5 schools, 5 principals, 5 school management committees, 9 school staff, 4 village staff, 2 health workers and 2 consumer committees have been awarded. Among them, farmers were awarded 20,000 rupees per person, teachers, students, schools, principals, school management committee, school employees, rural village employees, health workers were rewarded at the rate of 6,670 rupees, said village chairman Udim Bahadur Rai.
Chairman Rai said that the consumer committee was awarded at the rate of 13 thousand three hundred and 35 rupees.
