The police seized approximately 850 grams of gold from an Indian woman who came from Bangkok on a Thai Air flight. According to Tribhuvan International Airport Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Krishnahari Sharma Pokharel, the gold wrapped in black tape was seized by the police while it was being brought to Adhyagan.
SSP Pokharel said that the Indian woman named Sahina Parveen was being carried away by hiding inside a kattu. The police suspect that this woman is involved in professional gold smuggling. The police said that further investigation is being conducted on him.
