One person died in a scooter accident in Kathmandu on Saturday. Kathmandu Metropolitan City-32 Bagmati Pradesh 02 026 P 6002 scooter, which was going from Tinkune towards Koteshwar, met with an accident on the road near Koteshwar Munibharaiv bus pocket.
52-year-old Ramsharan KC, a resident of Kathmandu PepsiCola, died in the accident, Superintendent of Police of Kathmandu District Police Complex Navraj Adhikari informed.
He was seriously injured in the accident and died during treatment at the Civil Hospital in Naya Baneshwar, the police said.
Meanwhile, a fire broke out at Bhatbhateni Super Market in Kathmandu Metropolitan City-14 Kalanki, and it is estimated that the damage was 17 million.
Friday In the evening, 2 generators, 1 transformer, 1 panel board, 1 BCT, 1 refrigerator compressor were burnt and property worth about 17 million rupees was destroyed, the police informed on Saturday.
