For anyone active in the singing field, the stage is a very sacred place. But the focus of most of the singers who climb the same stage is to provide entertainment to the audience. But Mahesh Kafle is different from other singers in this matter.

Mahesh who is stuck in singing

27-year-old Mahesh from Dudhauli municipality in Sindhuli talks about life along with songs on stage. Spreads messages about positive thinking techniques and the art of stress-free living. Mahesh says that doing this gives him energy. "Each day should be started with positive thinking," he says.

Mahesh grew up in a musical atmosphere from his childhood. Father Bhojraj Kafle is a folk singer. Mahesh and his brother Dinesh were taught and sung by their father from a very young age. Dai Dinesh Kafle's song 'Ama Rato Sadi Chura Pote', which was sung in childhood, also garnered a lot of attention. After Dai became a hit, Mahesh also wanted to sing. At the age of 12, Mahesh took a vocal test at Radio Nepal. Mahesh, who saw famous artists at that time, says, 'I felt very lucky to hear their songs live.' After passing the vocal exam in 2064, it was very easy for him to move forward in the musical world. Even before that, he used to go to Radio Nepal with his father to sing in children's programs.

Mahesh, who entered Kathmandu after 062, enrolled in class 6 at Saraswati High School in Koteshwar and passed his SLC from there. Stayed in Kathmandu and completed campus level studies. He recorded the first song of the song "Sanima Mardeu Baru Bagaideu Panima". Mahesh, who also acted in the song, became comfortable to face the camera after that. After singing the first song, he suddenly became a hit. It happened after going home to celebrate Dasain. The song made him known in markets, shops, radio stations. I just found out when I got on the bus, when people recognized me and called me," he said, "It was an attempt to move forward in the singing field rather than the fact that the song would play and be known." The song has been viewed 18 million times on YouTube. That song was written for Mahesh by his father. But then he started writing songs himself. Since then he has recorded many songs. Some worked, some looked average.

changed in tone as he grew up. He stopped singing for a while as his parents told him that he should study well till class 10. He didn't sing till he completed class 12 after studying on campus. He wanted to sing again, but he wasn't convinced. He found the answer to the question of what to do after studies by choosing journalism. Mahesh worked as a sports journalist at Image Channel. "I thought that I would like sports, follow, and work in this bit," he said, "I couldn't stand it, songs and singing took me away, I ended up becoming a singer."

Mahesh, who was looking for an opportunity in folk fusion by writing, filling music, and narrating to his friends, sang the first song of his youth in 2075, Naach Firiri. Director Nischal Basnet and actress Swastima Khadka acted in the song. He said that the song easily helped the child singer Mahesh to take a leap as a young singer. After the song with his own words made a good introduction, Mahesh moved forward with enthusiasm to write and compose music.

Since then, his songs like 'Chapchu Sirani', 'Lajavati Jhar', 'Tato Goli', 'China Japan' have been loved by the audience. He says that he is very happy to sing with Melina Rai, who is much older than him in 'Nach Firiri'. "Since I was a child, I was able to see and work with artists, stage, interviews, visuals, it gave me great joy, even now I remember it as fun," he said. Mahesh laughs, rejoices and sings in the circle of friends. Apart from that circle, he was kept calm in the course of work It feels like a natural part of your life to write

songs, create music, sing and tell. Mahesh says, "Nature made me a singer, I didn't go anywhere else and did it right. It's a misfortune to come to this place, to be recognized and to be inspired to do more."

Learned from his father, he still does Riyaz at home in the morning. Her father is testing her voice and singing from time to time. I have auditioned my father many times, he said with a laugh. He has been to Australia, Thailand, and the Philippines in the course of singing, and told him that the Nepali people there get emotional when they hear their songs and remember their country. He said that when a Nepali artist arrives, when the Nepalese respond that Nepal is right, Nepali music is good, the feeling of love for the country fills his heart. I will handle myself with difficulty at that moment,' he said, 'I think that the day would have come when Nepalis who were forced to go abroad would be happy in Nepal.'

Apart from singing, Mahesh has also started modeling slowly. He wanted to be a hero since childhood. Even now, he says that he is under the impression that there is time, it can happen later. He said that he would not hesitate to do that job if he got the chance and qualified. Mahesh, who is singing hits one after the other, said that the musical journey is as much fun as it is challenging.

These days, he says that he tries to study and ask elders about whether he can sing the song that the audience wants or not, what kind of song or composition to bring. He says, 'How many things I have seen outside remain in my mind as questions or curiosity, I want to bring those feelings, those thoughts through songs in the days to come.' "People enjoy listening to songs to get out of the darkness of any negative thing," he said.
