KATHMANDU, SEP 23 - The Valley Traffic Police Office (VTO) has extended the ban on pillion riding in Kathmandu for three more days following the latest decision of the security forces, according VTPO chief Surendra Pal.
The VTOP, on September 16, had imposed the ban on pillion riding following increasing incidents of shooting of security personnel by Maoists rebels riding on two wheelers.Posted on: 2003-09-22 09:12
