SC moved against NHRC
The Supreme Court was moved on Thursday against the NHRC. In his writ, advocate Prajwol Basnet has sought specification on the jurisdiction of the NHRC that had earlier rejected petition by Basnet, an ex-Army officer, stating that the issue relating to the Army falls outside its purview. (PR)
