NEW DELHI, FEB 08 -
The eastern Indian state of Bihar is all set to organise a global summit on the third week of this month in a bid to explore ways to forge partnerships for its progress and development. ‘The Global Summit 2012: Forging Partnerships for Development,’ which is scheduled to be held through February 17-19 in Patna will see participation of nearly 1,000 national and international experts and leaders. Nepali Prime Minister Baburam Bhattarai, who has been invited as the chief guest, is scheduled to inaugurate the summit
