DSP dies in mishap
KATHMANDU: Armed Police Force Deputy Superintendent of Police Prashant Gautam died in a road accident in the Capital on Friday. According to the APF Headquarters, Gautam was parking his motorcycle at Gokarna when he was hit by a public vehicle. He was rushed to Neuro Hospital, Bansbari where he breathed his last.
CIAA action
KATHMANDU: The CIAA on Friday filed a corruption case in the Special Court against two engineers and a contractor on charge of irregularity in a road construction deal. The charge-sheeted are engineers Abhiman Das Mulmi and Amarendra Kumar Karna and contractor Navaraj Dhakal. (PR)
