POST REPORT
KATHMANDU, FEB 03 -
The Civil Group, one of the prominent real estate developers, is launching sales promotion offers for its newly constructed Civil Trade Centre at Sundhara, Kathmandu. The Super Bumper Offer that is starting from Feb 8 will honour the first lucky winner with a Land Rover vehicle, said the company.

The business complex which is being constructed on six ropanis of land has planned to sell its 169 shops. Civil Group Chairman Iccha Raj Tamang said buyers would maintain ownership over the store area which they have purchased.

According to the company, it will select the bumper prize winner out of the 151 first purchasers of the stores. Similarly, the company will be providing gold coins to all the shop buyers.

Besides the prizes, the company has also planned to offer various other schemes to attract buyers. Tamang said they would arrange bank finance to promote sales. “We will also be offering a rent return guarantee to our clients for the next five years,” he said.

The company has fixed the price of the shops at the complex at Rs 14,000-Rs 15,000 per sq ft.
