Two of a family die in landslide

SINDHUPALCHOWK: Tuesday night’s landslide buried a house at Mangkha VDC-1 in Sindhupalchowk, killing two family members. Police said 64-year-old Bishnu Kumari Karki and her grandson, Ranjan, 3, perished.     (PR)

Robbers in net

KATHMANDU: Police rounded up two alleged robbers--Ashish Lama and Binod Lama--from Jorpati area on Wednesday morning. Police said the duo and friends  robbed Bir Bahadur Tamang and Gangalal Tamang of over Rs. 20,000 and  a mobile handset.     (PR)
