NARAYANGARH, JAN 17 - Chitwan bandh called by the student organisations affiliated with various political parties paralysed life in the district today.
Most affected were the passengers and transportation entrepreneurs as no public vehicles were allowed to ply along the Mahendra Highway and Prithvi Highway running along the district.
