JAN 17 - With the passage of time, the changes undertaken with the view of upgrading the quality in terms of cover design, areas of news coverage, colour and, of course, the price has made The Kathmandu Post a truly leading national English daily. The reduction of the price is, indeed, a welcome step. Now, I believe, this wise step will surely attract more readers than before, particularly the youths.
But the method of supplying the supplementary issue known as City Post is somewhat impractical. Many times in the past, it had been noticed that the additional issue either got lost, misplaced or simply disappeared. Therefore, it would be better if you could stick to the idea of 12 pages, rather than 8+4. Finally, I wish that your paper continues to remain the number 1 English daily and keeps on making timely changes.
