Speaking at a talk programme on "Present situation of human rights and our responsibility" organised by the Human Rights Protection Forum, Chitwan, central president of the forum, Padma Ratna Tuladhar, urged the monarch, parliamentarian parties and Maoist side to maintain a common understanding in order to give a way out to the existing problem.
Former Speaker Damannath Dhungana expressed the view that a political conference of greater people’s participation including the Maoists can only give a stable path for the country.
