KATHMANDU, DEC 29 - On the occasion of the 33rd auspicious birthday of His Royal Highness Crown Prince Paras Bir Bikram Shah Dev, Chairman of the Rajparishad Standing Committee Parashu Narayan Chaudhari honoured various media persons here today.
Journalists Durga Nath Sharma, Taranath Dahal, Rishi Dhamala, Hari Lamsal, Harihar Birahi, Prakash Jung Karki, Rajendra Dev Acharya, Babita Basnet, Rajendra Sthapit and Badri Tiwari were honoured on the occasion.
On the occasion chairman Chaudhary said that the journalists should play important role to strengthen multi-party democracy and constitutional monarchy.
