DHADING, DEC 27 - In an instance of the heightened state of security alert, security personnel have proscribed residents here to walk with their hands tucked safely in the warmth of their pockets.
Not even under circumstances when they may be finding it too cold to walk freely, report said.
However, the order has come politely from the army stationed here. They have explained that the need to ensure security of the public has compelled them to enforce the standing regulation.
In fact the regulation is in force in places like Dhadingbesi and especially near security posts. Similar orders have already been enforced in and around government offices and in the premises of police station, the report further said.Posted on: 2003-12-28 04:59
