KATHMANDU, DEC 20 - Minister for Finance Dr. Prakash Chandra Lohani, who is looking after the duties of the Prime Minister, attended a reception hosted by Japanese Ambassador to Nepal Zenji Kaminaga here today on the occasion of the auspicious birthday of Emperor Akihito of Japan.
