RAUTAHAT, DEC 15 - Mithlesh Shah Baniya, 19, a youth of Bipra Bhagawanpur VDC-8 of Rautahat district committed suicide by consuming poison after his parents denied him permission to join the police.
When vacancies in the police force was announced a month ago, Baniya had requested for money for registering an application with the police. His parents who were against him joining the force did not give him money.
