SALYAN, DEC 14 - Tula Bahadur Kunwar, 45, of Hiwalcha VDC died last Wednesday night after 51-year-old Mitralal Dangi of Naula of Markay VDC beat up him with a piece of wood, according to information provided by the District Police Office (DPO) of Salyan.
Kunwar was accused of being involved in stealing by Dangi who in the process of physically punishing killed him instead.
It is learnt that after Kunwar’s death, the assailant Dangi went to the DPO and surrendered himself to the police.
The post-mortem of the dead body was conducted at the Salyan District Hospital today.Posted on: 2003-12-15 04:31
