KALIKOT, DEC 02 - With the onset of snowfall and fall in temperature, starvation is likely in the outlying Kalikot district of Karnali zone.
The delivery of food grains to the district becomes harder during the coming 2/3 months due to the bad weather when no air delivery is possible. Transportation of foods by the animals too is difficult in the season, said local Man Rupa Budha.Posted on: 2003-12-01 10:59
