DHANGADHI, NOV 26 - Reediger Lemp, the German ambassador to Nepal expressed that Nepal, should be ruled as per the norms and spirit of the constitution, following an early election for parliament and local bodies.
"We wish that public aspirations be fulfilled through elected representatives," said Lemp at a welcome programme organised in his honour by Dhangadhi municipality.
Lemp was here on an observation tour to observe the developmental works carried out by GTZ, a German NGO, in districts such as Banke, Bardiya, Kailali, Doti and Dadeldhura.
