NOV 19 - Disheartening as it is, a new Armed Police Force barrack has displaced a school in Kailali district. But there is no guarantee that the displaced school and its students will get better treatment.
Moreover, the gun-totting security personnel on school premises and elsewhere have scared the old and the young alike. The security personnel have no right to go haywire there in the name of combating Maoist insurgency.
