MANTHALI, NOV 16 - Kakaling Secondary School in Doramba of Ramechhap district, which had remained closed after the Doramba incident, reopened after two months two days ago.
The school was closed after Maoist rebels killed a local health worker and a merchant on charges of passing information to security personnel in the Doramba incident in which the security personnel killed 19 Maoists.
