Meditation for good health
KATHMANDU, NOV 14 - When a person is unable to know his inner strength, he becomes physically sick and mentally upset.
When people do not take care of their food, habits and ideas, they are mentally sick even if they are intellectual and financially sound, says Dr Yogi Bibekanand. He says, "peace is something that is not achieved by physical happiness and prosperity. Everyone should be able to utilise the information technology within oneself. It is because of the inability of a person to know himself that he is gripped with various tensions."
Speaking at an interaction programme organised by the National News Agency (RSS) here yesterday, he said that a person should always remain happy, be creative, inculcate humanitarian spirit, and be close to the nature and spiritualism to enable him to remain in good physical and mental health.Posted on: 2003-11-13 09:29
