NOV 14 - When ordinary Nepalis visit some government offices with some requests, generally the officers there give one answer: “This year, we don’t have budget. If next year we get budget, we will consider” It means that without budget nothing can be done. However, there are thousands of NGOs in this country, which are doing something, sometimes, even without getting outside funding.
If commitment is there to help the people, resources can be mobilised through collaboration and dialogue with other agencies, local or international.
