Illegal conversion

NOV 10 - Our constitution guarantees freedom of religion but converting people into Christianity by alluring the poor and the innocent with money is a crime.
There are many Christian organisations actively involved in converting people. They have the self-guaranteed mandate to convert people and are financed by wealthy churches in the west. Some Christian colleges, which are called Seminaries, are involved in conversion.
Are the people aware of this? Are government officials aware of this? Is this legal in a Hindu country like Nepal? How does this go on? Even in a secular country like India, conversion is not permitted and the Christian population has not increased. However, over the years, the Christian population has increased significantly in Nepal.
