LALITPUR, NOV 10 - The local residents organised a rally in protest of the SMS brick factory run in Tikathali of Lalitpur district.
Participating in the rally organised by the local high view secondary school were local people, teachers, students and social workers.
Although the Ministry of Industry, Department of Small and Cottage Industries and District Administration Office, Lalitpur have decided to remove the brick kiln from the spot keeping in view the health condition of the local people, the kiln administration has been turning its deaf ears, said local Rajesh Khadka.Posted on: 2003-11-09 09:33
