KATHMANDU, NOV 05 - Soaltee Crowne Plaza on Tuesday announced of holding the ‘Mediterranean Food Promotion’ from November 7 to 16 exclusively to share the Mediterranean cuisine. The food promotion will showcase delicacies widely enjoyed by residents of Southern Europe and North America.
According to a press release, Olives, Mozzarella, Feta Cheese and Prunes ‘n Truffles, among others are multi-regional which will be featured during the festival. Stating that the Mediterranean cuisine transcends no boundaries, the release adds that the menu is based on a la Carte format.
