OCT 20 - I have read with great interest the article “Get external mediator to resolve conflict: EC” (October 1, 03).
Unfortunately in this article the EC (European Community) was mentioned as the author of the offer of mediation of 24.10.02. This does not reflect the reality as it was the European parliament who voted this resolution.
