Police have confiscated a large quantity of cannabis from local Shiva Barba VDC.
A joint patrol of the Area Police Office, Pokhariya and the police station at Prasaunibhata seized one quintal of the contraband while it was being smuggled out. The smugglers fled the scene as soon as they saw the police team.
The seized cannabis has been kept at the Area Police Office, Pokhariya for investigation, police said. RSS
