Along with Rai, other Dalit and marginalized leaders who have left CPN-UML like Bir Bahadur Lama, Rajendra Shrestha, Bijaya Subba, Rijwan Ansari, would be a part of the party. The party has also decided to adopt a multi-post party structure.
According to sources, the party and the name its leaders would be announced during a program that is to be organised at a party palace in the Capital.
However, there is still an uncertainty on the announcement of the office bearers as the former Nepali Congress leaders have raised dissatisfaction over the policy and mission of the party. Talking to eKantipur leader Ajambar Rai Kangbang said, "The officers would be announced by today evening or tomorrow morning. We are still holding discussions for the same."
Kangbang also said that the Central Ad hoc committee that incorporates over 100 members would hold the General Convention within six months. Though the party has decided to form sister wings, it has not yet declared for it formally.
However, it would not be the ultimate party for the Dalit leaders as the former UML leaders put up a stance for a communist-based party. The NC leaders have already left the party to form the Social Democratic Pluri-National Party.
