HETAUDA, FEB 01 - Police on Wednesday arrested a 40-year-old father from Bhainse VDC-8 in Makwanpur district on charge of raping his 13-year-old daughter.
Shukraraj Negi was held as the victim's maternal grandmother complained that the perpetrator raped her time and again, police said. The victim is under the protection of Maiti Nepal, Hetauda.
