KATHMANDU, JAN 23 - The State Affairs Committee of the parliament has invited Deputy Prime Minister Bijaya Kumar Gachchhadar next week for a briefing on Chinese Prime Minister Wen Jia Bao's visit to Nepal and his visit to India. Gachchhadar, who looks after the Ministry of Home and Ministry of Defence, has been invited at the House committee on January 31. Lawmakers will inquire about the extradition treaty and mutual legal assistance agreement pending with India, according to committee Chairman Ramnath Dhakal.
