Unity in UML has pepped up party: Nepal
BUTWAL, JAN 22 -
Leader of the CPN-UML Pradip Nepal has accused the UCPN (Maoist) of still harbouring the intention to capture state power.
Inaugurating the UML Rupandehi’s regional convention in Bhawanipur, Rupandehi district, on Saturday, he said the Maoist's power capture hangover was the main impediment in the peace and constitution writing.
He said the message of unity among the UML leaders has generated a sense of enthusiasm in the party and shored up the people's confidence.
Meanwhile, speaking in a programme organized to welcome new members of the party at Tamghas in Gulmi on Saturday, another UML leader Pradip Gyawali claimed that the country would not get a political outlet from the current stalemate until the CPN (UML) emerged as the number one party in the country.
