KATHMANDU, JAN 06 -
Finance Minister Barsha Man Pun on Friday directed the concerned department to work with effective measures to curb revenue leakage to zero.
During the meeting held at the Ministry of Finance, FM Pun directed the finance secretary, defense secretary, chief of Department of Revenue Investigation, chief of security bodies, among others, to work responsibly to curb revenue leakage.
Pun stressed on the need to perform the work dutifully and added that the Finance Ministries performance would be the centre of attention.
During the meeting, stakeholders present at the meeting apprised FM Pun that the revenue leakage in the present fiscal year was controlled to some extent.
