KATHMANDU, DEC 31 -
Tek Kumari Gajurel, mother of UCPN (Maoist) leader CP Gajurel has died at the age of 87 on Saturday morning in the capital. She was suffering from asthma for long. Family source said that Tek Kumari died while undergoing treatment at the Civil Hospital in Min Bhawan.
Prime Minister Dr Baburam Bhattarai, Maoist Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal, Maoist Vice Chairman Mohan Baidhya, General Secretary Ram Bahadur Thapa and other leaders of the party had reached the Pashupati Aryaghat to pay last tributes to the deceased. RSS
