CA has no rationale if no constitution in time

MORANG, DEC 23 -
Central Member of the Nepali Congress (NC) and Constituent Assembly (CA) Member Pradip Giri has said the rationale of the CA will end if a new constitution was not drafted in the stipulated time.
Speaking at a press meet organized by the Press Union Morang, Thursday, he expressed his doubt that chances of constitution being drafted in time was less likely as the leaders of major parties had been embroiled in grabbing power.
Giri also said if the constitution was not drafted, then there would be no option other than to go for a new mandate. RSS
