KATHMANDU, DEC 22 -
President Dr Ram Baran Yadav has expressed his deepest sympathy to the Philippines people, living under the tragedy, brought to them by the devastating floods causing loss of hundreds of valuable lives and colossal property.
In a message sent to the president of the Philippines Benigno S. Aquino III, the president extended heartfelt condolences and sympathies to the flood victims while praying to Almighty to bestow enough fortitude to bear the irreparable loss.
Meanwhile, Prime Minister Baburam Bhattarai has also sent a similar message to the Philippine president, expressing sadness and grief over the death toll of hundreds and widespread devastation.
PM has also extended heartfelt condolences to the president, the government and the people of the Philippines, as well as a profound sympathy to the victims and members of the bereaved families. RSS
